Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you may return it following our return policy.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 14 days of delivery. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. We'll send you the replacement item. Buyer provides the return cost for the original item.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
